Tip:
Ladiesfinger/Okra fry is one of the delicious dishes provided it is cooked well. Most of the times we come across the problem of stickiness with ladies finger. How do we avoid it?
Always wash the ladies finger and dry it the previous night. Next morning, before cooking cut them into pieces an hour before. Spread them in a plate and keep it. Start cooking after 1 hour. There will be no stickiness and it will taste super crispy.
