WRITE FOR US CONTEST

I know you all must be wondering what this contest is about. Well, the main intention behind this is to introduce a wide range of recipes from different corners of the world to my readers. So, here is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your talent and win prizes as well. All you have to do is send in your recipes to me and once it is approved you are eligible for the contest.

Follow the below steps and you will be eligible for this contest.
1. Firstly, mail your recipe name to me at lavanyasrecipes@gmail.com . This is to avoid duplicate recipes from the participants. Once I approve your recipe, you can cook and send in the entire recipe along with pictures in the below format.
2. This step holds good only after sending your recipe name and getting approval. Please follow the below format while sending your approved recipes.
• Introduction to the recipe
• Ingredients List
• Preparation
• Serving Options
• Step By Step pictures of the recipe (At least 3 pictures taken during your cooking process)
Along with the recipe, do mail me your name and mail id so that I can contact you if you win the contest. You can send as many recipes as you want. There is no limit.
3. Bloggers and Non-bloggers both can participate. But If you are a blogger, this recipe should not be a part of your blog till date and in future. Also for all the participants, the content and the pictures used for this contest should not be used anywhere else except here. Failing which you will be disqualified from this contest and future giveaways as well.
4. Prize Details:
Once you have sent the recipe, I will publish the recipes each day in the blog till all the recipes are done. The recipe will include only the name of the contestant.

• The participant who sends in maximum entries will be given the first prize which is Icecream Cups Set.

• There are a panel of judges which includes myself and 2 fellow bloggers and we will be selecting the best recipe among all which will be given the second prize which is Tea Cups Set.

• The best presented recipe which has the best of pictures will be presented with the third prize which is Kitchen Storage Containers.

• After seeing the tremendous response for this giveaway, I have decided to add on one more prize which is the fourth prize and it is going to be a surprise!

This contest runs from 11th Nov,2012 till 12th Jan,2013. The winners will be announced shortly there after. It is valid for everyone who is interested to participate but I would need a valid Indian address to ship the prizes.
