When I swatched, I found it a little too glittery for me but then I figured everything has its first, so why not give it a try. When I started using this gloss, I really liked the way it lightened up my no makeup face. It compensated for the loss of all the other products I did not wear on my face. Directions For Use:

Use the wand to apply lip gloss starting in the center of your upper lip. Work from the center to outer edges of your lips, following the contour of your mouth. Follow the same technique for your bottom lip.

My Experience With Maybelline Water Shine Liquid Diamonds Chocolate Glitters Lip Gloss:

It comes in a slim, cylindrical see through plastic tube exposing the color and quantity of the product. It comes with a silver color screw type cap to which the wand like applicator is attached. The applicator is very convenient and perfect for precise lining of the lips. The consistency of the product is more like a gel making it free from leakage. One dip gives sufficient quantity to give the lips a sheer opaque finish. The product is extremely creamy making it glide across your lips. Coming to the shade I think it is aptly named, as the color resembles melted chocolate. I would have loved if it tasted like chocolate too. The shade will suit almost all skin tones making it sought after by everyone. It is a lovely shade with great pigmentation. I would love to wear it for any evening party. It has a huge amount of glitter particles which you might find attractive at first but after an hour or so, it spreads all over your face. So those of you with sensitive skin need to be a little careful. It lasts for just 2-3 hours leaving a mild tint behind along with the massive amount of glitter. I hate the re-application part. But for those who adore this product have to be ready for that.

Final Note:

The problem I have with this lip gloss is its staying power and excess glitter particles. Apart from these cons, I think it is a great product which all of you ladies out there will surely love. I would definitely purchase it again in spite of the two cons.
