It is very difficult to escape the scorching heat of the sun and its after effects. No matter how much we cover ourselves, carry an umbrella or apply sunscreens, we are bound to get some amount of tan. But then we cannot stay indoors to escape the sun. We have to carry on our day-to-day work. I have extreme tan on my hands and neck due to sun exposure. The old tan doesn't go and the new tan starts forming. I am always in search of good anti-tan products and keep trying home remedies whenever I get time. So when I received Ponds White Beauty Tan Removal Scrub in Diva Likes haul, I felt it's an apt gift for me. I was in search of this product since long but it was not available in the beauty stores near my place. So when I got this product, I felt a genie has answered my wish. I love scrubbing my face to get rid of the blackheads on my nose and tan as well. Without any delays, I used this product and here I am with its review.

Directions For Use:
Wet face, gently massage scrub onto face and rinse off. Do not use on delicate under eye area/active acne/irritated or broken skin. In case of contact with eyes, do not rub. Rinse with water immediately.
My Experience With Ponds White Beauty Tan Removal Scrub:
The scrub comes in a typical tube form in white color with pink detailing. The packaging is same as the White Beauty range of products from Ponds. It has a white flip flop cap which is very tight and shuts with a sound. Overall, the packaging is nice and travel friendly at this price point. The scrub is white in color with minute pink scrub particles. The texture is very creamy. The fragrance is just like their White Beauty face wash.
The scrub is very mild and that is why they have named it daily scrub. It is so mild that I cannot call it a scrub. It is just like their foaming face wash but with minute scrub particles. It does not dry out the skin. Once used, the skin looks brighter and clean. But there is no blackhead or whitehead removal like we expect our scrubs to do. The main drawback of this scrub is that it does not remove the tan as claimed. The skin just looks bright but that is only for a temporary period. Moreover it does not work like a scrub also. It is just like an exfoliating face wash. It didn't work on the deep set tan and that is a big disappointment.
Pros Of Ponds White Beauty Tan Removal Scrub:
Cons Of Ponds White Beauty Tan Removal Scrub:
Diva Likes Rating:
2.5/5
Final Note:
I really don't find it to be a scrub. It is more or less like an exfoliating cleanser. As long as tan removal claims are concerned, the brightened look is just temporary. It definitely does not work on deep set tan.
