Hair oils are essentials for natural hair growth and health. I have dry hair and that is why I always make it a point of oiling it twice a week with the various concoction of hair oils. Today I am going to review Dabur Vatika Enriched Olive Hair Oil I received in my haul. The olive oil works as a natural conditioner for hair. It helps in curing the regular dandruff issues, smoothen the hair ends, and prevents the split ends. It thoroughly controls the frizziness, giving the hair shine and strength from within. So, let's see how the hair oil worked for my curly and dry hair.

2 years
Ingredients List:
Directions For Use:
Make a partition of your hair with your hand and apply the oil to the scalp. Massage gently and distribute well. You can either keep it overnight or wash off after an hour.
My Experience With Dabur Vatika Enriched Olive Hair Oil:
The hair oil comes in a lightweight plastic bottle with a green flip open cap. Oils are generally very risky to travel with, however, this one is an exception. I accidentally kept it in my bag and it never spilled a single drop or anything. I found the packaging very easy, efficient and travel-friendly. The color of the hair oil is greenish golden (the exact color of olive oil) and has a very soothing smell of olives too. Though the smell is slightly artificial but surely is relaxing. It isn't overpowering and won't hurt the sensitive nose at all.
The texture of the oil is very light weight. It is completely non-sticky, non-greasy and spreads well on the scalp. The quantity required is very low because a little amount goes a long way. You have to massage the scalp for a considerate amount of time and you will see how easily it gets distributed over the time. So if you are one of them who hates to use greasy and heavy hair oils, this oil will help you a lot.
The ingredients list of this oil is as impressive as it gets. It has the goodness of olive oil, almond oil, hibiscus, aloe vera, bhringraj, vitamin E, and antioxidants. Olive oil is the best thing for nourishing the hair from roots to tips, giving a conditioned look and eliminating frizziness. It adds a layer of extra shine as well. Almond oil helps in strengthening the hair from roots and stimulates the hair growth. Aloe vera has proteolytic enzymes which repair dead skin cells on the scalp. It also smoothens the tresses. Hibiscus is considered one of the best herbal remedy for hair problems. It combats hair loss and hair fall making the hair look thicker. It also gives a bouncy volume to the hair. Bhringraj helps in the regrowth of hair in bald spots.
Coming to its efficacy, the hair oil performs really well. It competently manages to tame down the frizziness from the hair after washing. It cleanses the scalp from any dry and flaky layer and gives a smooth touch to the hair. I also noticed a drop in the hair fall and I am quite happy with its quality. I generally keep the hair oil overnight and it performs well in banishing a lot of hair problems. I also noticed that my curls are much softer than before.
