I got Wet n Wild Coloricon Lip Liner Chestnut / Marron 711 in my recent Diva Likes haul sent by Lavanya and I cannot thank her enough for sending such beautiful products to me, some of which I have never ever worn. This lip liner is one such product. I have never worn a lip liner in my entire life. This is because I wear lipsticks occasionally and on a regular basis, my tinted lip balms do all the talking. But this particular lip liner has my heart, you want to know why? Please read further.
About Wet n Wild Coloricon Lip Liner Chestnut / Marron 711:
Sunset and line! We don't have a 30+ year cult following on these babies for nothing! Smooth creamy formula, rich defining color glides on smooth to prevent lipstick feathering. It makes sure your lip color doesn’t bleed so you will always have a well-defined pout. Makeup artists love to use this as a lipstick, applying it all over the lips. They last longer and make sure you’re not rocking that early 90’s two-toned lip.

$4.07
Ingredients List:
Beeswax, copernicia, castor seed oil, methylparaben, propylparaben, MAY CONTAIN mica, iron oxides red 40 lake.
Directions For Use:
Apply as a lipstick or as a liner.
My Experience With Wet n Wild Coloricon Lip Liner Chestnut/Marron 711:
Packaging: It comes in a sharpenable wooden pencil form sans the sharpener. The size of the lip liner is bigger than the other lip liners available in the market, so it's definitely going to last long. The brand name and shade is mentioned on the wooden stick. It is secured with a transparent plastic cap. I can say its travel-friendly even though the stick is little big in size.
Shade: The shade is oh so pretty. I just cannot brag much about the color. It is a beautiful chocolaty brown color with red/marron undertones. It makes your pout fabulous and I am sure you are going to rock wearing this bold classic color. I wear it as a lipstick, I completely fill my lips with this and yes, I have received compliments too (I am bragging here though).
Texture: I have never tried lip liners earlier, so I thought lip liners to be dry, matte and rough as they are supposed to outline the lips to prevent the lipstick from feathering but was I surprised with this lip liner? A big yes! The texture is unbelievably soft and smooth. It glides effortlessly without tugging or pulling.
Pigmentation / Formula: It is matte but not dry. It perfectly lines the lips and is smooth in application when filling the lips completely. As it has a matte finish, I would advise you all to prep your lips in advance before using this lip liner as a lipstick because you don't want your lips to feel dry and patchy. It's a light weight lip liner and you won't feel that you are wearing something. But it will accentuate your fine lines as you can see in the swatches. I have completely filled my lips with this lip liner and have also paired it up with Maybelline Colorshow Lipstick in Burgundy (which is not a perfect match for this lip liner but I had no other better matching lipstick). Coming to the pigmentation, it is quite nice. In 2-3 swipes, you get the desired color.
Staying Power: As a lipstick it stayed on me for 3 hours, it survived a meal and to my amazement, it didn't wipe off after eating a mango as well. And I am not talking about eating mango with a spoon. Though after meal, the color did fade a bit but it was still there. After fading, it did not dry my lips, so your lips won't feel parched which is a boon. It won't settle into your fine lines and even when fading it won't crease your lips or fade unevenly. As a lip liner, it stayed on me for about 5-6 hours in between eating and drinking.

I love this lip liner. I love the bold color. It enhances your pout and gives you that extra oomph factor. You can easily skip heavy duty makeup after wearing this on your lips.

Pros Of Wet n Wild Coloricon Lip Liner Chestnut / Marron 711:
- Awesome color
- Smooth texture
- Good color payoff
- Soft to apply which was not expected out of a lip liner
- Can be applied as a lipstick
Cons Of Wet n Wild Coloricon Lip Liner Chestnut / Marron 711:
- I have no complaints with this lip liner but the fragrance is like crayon colors which we used during school time to draw and color. But then the smell is not overpowering and vanishes after application.
