Who doesn't love a starter before a complete meal? Everyone does. So, lets have a look at one of the best starters which is minced lamb meat balls/keema balls.
Ingredients:
Minced Lamb Meat/Keema - 500 grams
Turmeric Powder/Haldi - 1 tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tablespoon
Coriander Powder - 1 tablespoon
Cumin Powder - 1 tablespoon
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch (Finely chopped)
Mint leaves - Half bunch (Finely chopped)
Salt - As per taste
Oil - To fry the keema balls
Preparation:
Take the minced ground lamb/keema into a bowl. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, corainder powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, one tablespoon of oil, coriader leaves and mint leaves.
Mix all the ingredients and make small balls and keep them aside for 30 mins.
Take a pan and pour oil into it. Add these keema balls one by one and fry them till they are cooked properly and turn light brown in colour.
Drain excess oil from the keema balls using napkins/tissues. The keema balls are ready to be served.
Serving Options:
Serve it as a snack with tomato sauce/coriander chutney.
