Cooking is really easy. But there are certain nitty-gritty things which we ignore while cooking. This spoils our dish and the effort goes in vain. Nobody wants this to happen, right? But, why does this happen? Sometimes we knowingly ignore few things or sometimes we donot know. The former can be covered up with a little focus and the latter is something which we gain by experience or by sharing. So friends, I thought let me take up one day each week to make up for this and share my kitchen tips which really helped me. Every Saturday, I will present to you Saturday Cook Easy Tip. Hope this will be of some use to you.

I never feel a meal is complete without having curd. I always prefer home-made curd. But at times, due to climatic changes, I observed the curd takes longer time than usual to set. What do I do then?

Cook Easy Tip:
When you are setting the curd/making the curd at home add one or two green chillies(as it is without chopping) in the bowl. This helps in setting the curd quickly. Once the curd is set, you can remove the green chillies and serve. The green chillies will not affect the taste of the curd.
