Andariki Nandana Naama Samvatsara Subhakaankshalu :)
Ugadi pachadi, is prepared on Ugadi festival in Andhra Pradesh. It is a mixture of fresh neem blossoms, jaggery, salt, tamarind juice, red chilli powder and raw green mango pieces.
Ingredients:
Neem Flower- 3 tablespoon
Jaggery - 3 tablespoon (crushed)
Red Chilli Powder - Half tablespoon
Chopped Raw Mango - 1 tablespoon
Cut Ripe Banana - 1 tablespoon
Water - 1 tablespoon
Salt - One-fourth tablespoon
Tamarind juice - 2 tablespoon
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients to form a paste like appearance.
If you want the chutney to be water like you can increase the quantity of water.
U can also add chana dal if u wish to.
The ugadi pacchadi is ready to be served.
