I always loved the mild buffalo wings from pizza hut. I have been thinking of making it at home from quite sometime and finally I did it. I managed to add the ingredients which I thought would give the required taste of pizza hut wings and I succeeded to a large extent. Hope this will be of some use to people who want to prepare buffalo wings at home.
Ingredients:
Chicken Wings - 6
All-purpose flour - 5 tablespoons
Salt - As per taste
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tablespoons
Egg White Yolk - 6 tablespoons
Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Water - 3 tablespoons
Deep Orange Color - Half tablespoon
Preparation:
Take a bowl and add all the above ingredients except chicken wings and prepare a mix.
Now add the chicken wings to this mix and keep it aside for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F keeping it in broil.
Take a pan and cover it with aluminium foil. Put the chicken pieces on it and broil it for 20 mins on each side.
Once done, remove from broil and serve it hot. If you wish, you can even keep these wings in chilly sauce for half an hour, mix it well and then serve. I don't prefer it hence I made it plain.
Serving Options:
Serve it with chilly sauce/tomato sauce.
