Most of us love fish but we also prefer the one with less bones so that we can eat it easily with less effort. One such fish type is tilapia fish and lets have a look at the delicious recipe tilapia fish fry.
Ingredients:
Tilapia Fish Pieces - 6
Turmeric Powder - 2 tablespoon
Coriander Powder - 2 tablespoon
Fish Masala Powder - 2 tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tablespoon
Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoon
Ginger-garlic Paste - 2 tablespoon
Oil - To fry
Salt - As per taste
Preparation:
Wash the fish pieces and keep it aside.
Take a bowl and add turmeric powder, coriander powder, fish masala powder, red chilli powder, salt, one tablespoon of oil, lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste. Make a mix out of the above ingredients.
Take the fish pieces and marinate them by applying this mix on both the sides of the fish completely.
Allow it to marinate for 5-6 hours to get a good taste else you can use it in one hour also.
Take a pan to heat and add oil to it.
Add these fish pieces and fry them both sides for about 20 mins on each side.
Remove these pieces from heat and the fish fry is ready to be served.
Serving Options:
Enjoy the delicious fish fry as a hot snack by sprinkling lemon juice along with some onion pieces aside.

DeleteHi lavanya the fish looks superb!!In Kuwait we find many arabs buying Tilapia but I have never tried, next time I will surely buy some and try your recipe. As you said it has less thorns so I can give it to my daughter as well. happy to follow you.
