Being a chicken lover, I love anything which is chicken. Coming to this particular dish, its one of those spicy and tasty forms of chicken. I started my cooking with a chicken recipe and as I went ahead I tried this out. Addition of pepper gives this dish a different flavour. Lets check it out.
Ingredients:
Chicken Drumsticks - 5 pieces
Salt - As per taste
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tablespoons
Turmeric Powder - 1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
Pepper Powder - 1 tablespoon
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Egg White Yolk - 1 tablespoon
Oil - Half tablespoon
Preparation:
Take a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, pepper powder, vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, egg white yolk and oil and mix it. Keep this mix aside.
Take the chicken drumsticks and make small cuts on it using a knife. Apply the masala mix which we have prepared on the chicken drumsticks. The cuts which we have made help the masala mix to get inside the chicken.
Allow them to marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F keeping it in broil.
Take a pan and cover it with aluminium foil. Put the chicken pieces on it and broil it for 20 mins on each side.
Once done, remove from the oven and serve it hot.
Serving Options:
Serve chicken drumsticks with onions and any sauce of your choice.
