"Roti Upma" is something which can be made with the left over unleavened flatbread/chapatis/rotis at home. You can also call it roti ki sabzi.

Ingredients:

Left over unleavened flatbread/chapatis/rotis - 3-4 (make sure they aren't spoiled)
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds/Jeera - One-fourth tablespoon
Mustard seeds/Rai - One-fourth tablespoon
Green Chilli - 1 (Cut into small pieces)
Dry Mango Powder / Amchur Powder - One-fourth tablespoon
Coriander Powder / Dhaniya Powder - One-fourth tablespoon
Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - One-fourth tablespoon
Salt - As per taste
Red Chilli Powder - One-fourth tablespoon
Water - Half cup or more
Coriander Leaves - To garnish

Preparation:

Take a pan to heat and add oil to it. Add jeera/cumin seeds and rai/mustard. Stir it for a minute and then add green chilli.
After a min break roti/chapati with your hands and add it in the pan. Stir it and add half cup of water.
Add salt and other spices to it and let it cook till rotis become bit soft and the dish looks like gravy. If water is less then add a bit more.
Take the gravy out of pan and serve in plate garnished with coriander leaves.
The roti upma is now ready to be served.

Serving Options:

Serve it as a breakfast item or evening tea time snack.
