Ingredients:
Preparation:
Cut the potatoes into two halves and boil them in a bowl adding 2 cups of water.
Boil for about 15-20 mins. Check if they are boiled by inserting a knife in the potato. If the potato is soft, it means they are boiled completely. Remove the potatoes from water. Once they are cooled, peel off the outer layer and cut them into pieces.
Take a pan to heat and add oil to it. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal and urad dal. Wait till they pop and add curry leaves, green chillies and onions. Fry for 5 mins and add turmeric powder, salt and ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
