If you are a chocolate lover, then this one is for you. Chocolate cupcakes are the favorite cupcakes at my place. We have it with vanilla icecream and chocolate sauce and it tastes yummy. Once you get a hand of this recipe, you will surely stop buying chocolate cupcakes outside. Try it out and let me know friends!
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C(350 degrees F ). Take a bowl and add the cocoa powder in it.
Add butter, eggs and hot water and keep stirring it. Make sure no lumps are formed and the batter is smooth.
Then add flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combine it. Beat the mix manually or by using an electric mixer. Add the vanilla extract and mix the batter.
Pour the batter into the baking cups upto 2/3rd by keeping them in the cupcake pan.
Bake the cupcakes in pre-heated oven for 20 mins. Once done remove from the oven and allow them to cool for 5 mins. Remove the cupcakes from the pan and serve it.
Serving Options:
Serve the delicious cupcakes with vanilla icecream and chocolate sauce. It tastes heaven! Trust me on this!
