Home-made ghee adds the best flavor to any dish. I have always seen my grandmom and mom prepare ghee at home. The same continues with me as well. We never buy outside ghee because we have the very best home-made ghee. Check out the simple steps to prepare ghee at home and taste the best ghee.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
On a day-to-day basis, remove the cream formed in milk and in curd. You can store it in refrigerator for about a week.
Take the cream in a container and mix it with water.
Take a churner and churn it till butter is formed as shown in the picture below.
Collect the butter in a pan.
Heat it on low flame for about 10 mins.
Filter this ghee in a separate bowl and the pure ghee is now ready for use.
Serving Options:
Ghee can be used in the preparation of sweets and dishes. You can also have it with rice. Basically it enhances the taste of any dish.
