In most of the Indian recipes, ginger-garlic paste in a popular ingredient. When it comes to non-vegetarian dishes, this is a must to enhance its flavor. You can also use ginger and garlic directly by chopping them. But it gives great taste when both are combined and made into a paste. Though it is simple to make, I would want to share it here because one of my reader has asked for it. Hope this helps you all.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Peel the outer layer of garlic. Soak the ginger in water and remove the husk. Cut the ginger into small pieces.
Now add ginger and garlic in a blender along with salt and water.
