Corn is healthy and equally delicious to eat. It is low in fat content and high in fiber content. This is good for preventing heart diseases. It quickly fills the stomach and is good to clean the digestive system as well. Here is a simple and quick preparation of sweet corn.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Break the corn on the cob into pieces and add it in a pressure cooker along with water and sugar. Cook for 5 whistles.
Remove the corn from the cob and serve it in a bowl.
Serving Options:
Enjoy the delicious sweet corn as a snack by seasoning it with butter.
