French toast is a perfect and quick breakfast to prepare with a hot glass of milk. This is the sweet version of french toast which is very easy to make with few ingredients. This recipe can work with any kind of bread - white, whole wheat, cinnamon-raisin, Italian or French.

Preparation:
Boil milk and switch off the stove. Now combine the warm milk with custard powder and sugar in a wide bowl. Stir well till custard powder and sugar is dissolved fully.
Heat a tawa and add ghee or oil. Dip the bread slices on both the sides in the milk mixture.
Place the bread slices on a hot pan.
Allow it to get toasted in low flame on both the sides. If it is sticking to the tawa add little more ghee.
The delicious Sweet French Toast is now ready to be served.
Tips:
You can substitute custard powder with cornflour and vanilla essence.
Serving Options:
These toasts can be served warm with honey topped.
You can also sprinkle little cinnamon powder as topping.
You can even serve them warm with butter and maple syrup.
