There are plenty of recipes to use the leftover roti's. This is a chaat variety using leftover rotis. Roti's and papad's are deep fried, crushed and all the masala when added to it, there comes a delicious and quick snack. Serve this for your unexpected guests to impress them and gather their compliments.

Preparation:
Cut the roti and papad into equal pieces and fry them in hot oil.
Now crush the fried papad and roti in a bowl and keep them it aside. In a pan, heat oil and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander. Mix well and then add the crushed roti and papad to it.
Mix well till the masala coats in each roti and papad pieces. Now add lemon juice and chaat masala. Give them a quick mix.
Garnish them with tomato slices and chopped coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
Serving Options:
Serve the Papad Roti Churi Chaat with onions and tomato ketchup.

- Papad - 2(medium sized)
- Red Chilli powder - Half teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - A pinch
- Coriander powder - One-fourth teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Oil - For frying For Garnish:
- Coriander leaves - 1 sprig
- Tomato Slices - 5
