This recipe is a healthy way of using spinach. Also, I have corn in my fridge and I wanted to use them. It was new year eve and some guest were also present to celebrate that night. Then I had to make an appetizer. This idea came to my mind then. It is really a nice snack and was liked by all. Wee can use any other leafy vegetable also to make these kababs.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Grind corn coarsely. Leave some kernels.
Wash spinach and cut it finely. Blanch in a microwave for 3-5 minutes. Squeeze the water. Mash it finely. Mix besan, corn and spinach. Add all the masalas, green chilies and onions. Make balls and fry them in hot oil.
Once done, the delicious Spinach Corn Kabas are ready to serve.
Serving Options:
Eat with either sauce or chutney

- Corn Kernels - 1cup
- Spinach - One bunch
- Green Chilies - 2
- Gram Flour/Besan - 4 tablespoons
- Onions - 1(finely chopped)
- Coriander powder - Half teaspoon
- Gram Masala - One-fourth teaspoon
- Salt - As per taste
- Oil - For frying
