I am a Hyderabadi and I love Hyderabadi food. Whenever any function or event takes place in Hyderabad, the food is something which you can drool over. That is Hyderabad speciality. With the history of Nizams, this place is famous for its food. There are many famous recipes out here for which this place is famous. Most of them are non-vegetarian delicacies. But, there are few vegetarian dishes as well which are super tasty. Bagara Rice is a simple recipe which can be considered as a replacement when you do not have enough time to make biryani/pulao. Lets have a look at the simple procedure for making Hyderabadi Bagara rice.
