I know its raining Montagne Jeunesse face masks at Diva Likes. I hope you all are enjoying reading the reviews as much as I am enjoying trying them out. As they come in a small sachet I keep them in my handbag and use it whenever I want to. This time I happened to try Iced Crystal Face Masque. When I saw that it has spearmint as one ingredient, I was not sure if I will like it. Spearmint always reminds me of vicks. But then I wanted to check out how it works and here I am to share my experience.

Directions For Use:
Cleanse face and leave wet. Massage into face for 1 minute and relax for 10-15 minutes. Massage again for 1 minute(should you wish) and splash your face with cold water and enjoying the sensation your skin is left with thanks to the cooling spearmint. Pat dry. Use weekly.

My Experience With Montagne Jeunesse Iced Crystal Face Masque:
The first thing I look always at in Montagne Jeunesse masks is the picture of the mask on the sachet. This gives me an idea of how the mask is going to look like on my face. But this time the picture of the mask is not exactly the way it is. It is light greenish blue in color and has a soft texture like a lotion. It has small dead sea crystals inside.
After applying it on my face and neck I massaged it as instructed. I could feel the dead sea crystals while massaging and it felt like a scrub. I experienced a cooling effect. It smelled similar to vicks which I guess is because of the spearmint. I did not mind it as I had a relaxing and refreshing feeling. I kept it for 15 minutes and I could see my eyes were sensitive to the mask. This is something I did not like. The mask was easy to apply and remove. I had a cool sensation after washing it off. However, I did not notice any remarkable effect on my skin. I am slightly disappointed with this mask as it did not score as much as the other Montagne Jeunesse masks.

This mask has the goodness of spearmint and gives you a relaxing feel. But it doesn't have any remarkable effect on the skin. I will not buy it again because I know Montagne Jeunesse has better masks than this.

- Difficult to maintain the pack once it is opened as it may get dried
- Doesn't have any remarkable effect on the skin
- Sensitive for the eyes
