There is a famous quote by Audrey Hepburn which says "The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides". According to me eyes show lot of emotions and they are very expressive. They also add beauty to your entire face. People never forget to mention Aishwarya Rai's eyes when they talk about her beauty. That is the magic of the eyes.
I love to use different colors of kohl's, eyeliners, mascaras and eye shadows to highlight my eyes. I feel it really adds to the look of my face. My today’s post is about the basic Lakme Kajal which is easily available in the market.
About Lakme Kajal:
Give your eyes added drama and a more attractive look with Lakme Kajal. This kajal pencil allows you to get thin eye lining or thick eye lining as per your choice and the kind of look you are going for. Brighten up your entire face with bright and distinctive eyes. The smooth finish of Lakme kajal makes your eyes even more beautiful.
Price:
Rs.50/- for 2 gms
Shelf Life:
3 years
Availability:
www.myntra.com
Ingredients List:
The list of ingredients are not mentioned on the Kajal
My Experience With Lakme Kajal:
I don't use much of Lakme products but I thought this is a pretty reasonably priced kajal and wanted to give it a try. It comes as a jumbo pencil which has a transparent cover. The shape of the pencil is jumbo size which needs a special sharpener for it. The tip of the kajal becomes thick quickly so it gets wasted every time the pencil is sharpened. It is a jet black kajal with creamy and smoother texture.
It glides easily on my waterline. It is not waterproof and it smudges within 1-2 hours making it worse. So you cannot use this kajal when you go for a party. It has a glossy look and is a reasonable product for all the eye makeup beginners. There will be no irritation and redness in eyes after the application. It comes off easily with any cream or eye make-up remover. But I will surely not buy this product again as I would prefer a waterproof kajal which is long lasting.
Pros Of Lakme Kajal:
Cons Of Lakme Kajal:
Diva Likes Rating:
2.5/5
Final Note:
Lakme has come up with so many good Kajals and Kohls. Do try the rest but give this product a miss.
