Till date I have only consumed Avacado in various food forms and loved it. I never knew much about its beauty benefits. When I came across this masque I was wondering how can Avacado be used in a face mask. That is when I started searching in google about how avacado helps the skin. It has Vitamin A, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C which are good for the skin. It also helps to get a glowing and rejuvenated skin. Grapefruit extract also has many beauty benefits. When these two come together in a face mask all you can expect is some wonderful effects on your skin.

Directions For Use:

Apply over cleansed face. Avoid eye area. After 10 minutes, rinse with warm water.

My Experience With Queen Helene Avocado & Grapefruit Facial Masque:

Queen Helene Avocado & Grapefruit Facial Masque comes in a tube with a cap like the regular Queen Helene masks. I so wish it is flip top which would make things easier.

The mask is greenish yellow in color and I guess it is because of Avacado being one ingredient. It has a soothing fragrance which is quite relaxing. The mask is very thick and is more like a paste. The directions for use say that the mask should be kept for 10 minutes and I was thinking it would need more time to dry. But this mask is more clay like and got dried in just 10 minutes.

This mask has the goodness of avacado and grapefruit, which are good for skin. It removes the dirt and cleans the skin. It leaves the skin baby soft. But everytime I use this mask it makes my skin very dry after wash. This is the biggest drawback of this mask. I always have to use a moisturizer post this to make sure my skin is fine.
I think this mask is just okay. But I will not rebuy it as it is making my skin very dry.

Final Note:

This product makes the skin baby soft but it also made my skin very dry after usage. Because of this, I don't think I will repeat this masque as there are many better masques in the market.
