Hello beauties! How are you all doing? Finally monsoons have arrived and we can breathe a sigh of relief from the scorching heat. It is still hot in the day but we can sleep peacefully at night as the climate is cool from evening time. Monsoon does not mean that you are free from oil and sweat. It is only in winters that we are free from sweat but not otherwise. So it is suggested to use a good face wash even now. I love using face washes and keep trying new face washes from different brands. Actually I never complete a whole tube. I just use it 6-7 times and then give it to my cousins or it just stays there in my stash. That is the reason I have so many face washes to review and one of them is Joy Skin Fruits Oil Control Face Wash which I am going to review today. Joy is relatively a new brand in the Indian market. It is endorsed by the beautiful heroine Anushka Sharma. I love her skin. It's just flawless. Joy products are rarely available in the market. So when I spotted this face wash, I knew I had to get it because I wanted to try any product from Joy to see how this brand works. Read on further to know more about it.

Directions For Use:

Moisten face, squeeze a small quantity in the palm of your hand and rub hands together. Massage gently over face, avoiding eye area with a circular motion to work up a rich lather. Wash off and pat dry. Use as often as required.

My Experience With Joy Skin Fruits Oil Control Face Wash:

The face wash comes in a regular plastic strawberry colored tube with a white flip cap. The tube is leak proof and travel friendly. But there is nothing fancy about the packaging as it is just a regular plastic tube.

The face wash is gel like in consistency suitable for oily skin. It is transparent with pink micro-beads. The fragrance is very sweet like real strawberries and as said in the advertisement it looks like you are having a fruit wash. The face wash does not lather much. The pink beads in it are just useless and too mild for exfoliating. But it does cleans the face without any dryness.

The worst part of this face wash is that being oil control it does not control oil at all. The face feels slippery after washing. It claims of exfoliating but does not exfoliate. It claims of containing strawberry which is known for its lightening properties but this face wash does nothing in this part also. I will skip using this face wash in the future because it does nothing except mild cleaning.

• Cleans effectively without drying the skin.
• Affordable for the quantity it comes.
• Smells very sweet.

Cons Of Joy Skin Fruits Oil Control Face Wash:

• Does not exfoliate like it claims.
• Does not control oil.
• No lightening effect.
• Leaves a slippery feeling.

Final Note:

I regret buying this face wash as it does nothing it claims. It only cleans the face without any exfoliation or lightening.
