If you want to slim down, there are plenty of things you can do to start it off right away. It's not rocket science; it's simple lifestyle changes that will not only make a world of difference to your body, but to your health too! Let's take a look:
1. Fill Up on Vegetables
Do you eat enough vegetables? You should be piling your plate high with them, especially leafy greens and fibrous vegetables like broccoli. Make sure you eat a large portion with each meal and snack on them when you're peckish.
2. Control Your Portion Sizes
