Ever since I discovered the beauty of kohls, I started ignoring those cute liquid bottles of eyeliner. But my latest love for winged stroke on my eyes made me come back to liquid eyeliners. Though most of the women prefer wearing black on their eyes, the idea of colored liners is making a sensation in the fashion world. Today I am here to review one such product. It is liquid blue eyeliner from Coloressence. Read on to find more it.

My Experience With Coloressence Supreme Eyeliner Duke Blue:

The product comes in a little bottle with long screw cap that has a thin eye liner brush attached. The packaging is sleek black in color. The long handle is pretty good for handling and applying the eyeliner to get precise strokes. Overall it is a travel-friendly, nice and sturdy packaging. The color of the liquid eye liner is royal blue with absolutely no shimmer. It has the right consistency which is neither runny nor heavy. When you apply the eyeliner, it looks pretty dark like navy blue but after drying up the color turns royal blue. The color dries up fast without any fuss, within few seconds. After drying, the color becomes extremely matte. In fact, I feel it makes my skin on the upper eyelids look very dry and creases badly if a proper primer is not applied before. The thin brush that is provided isn't very good as the bristles are quite untidy and does not give much of a satisfactory finish. But then I would still say that the handle was decent. Overall, I would call the brush an average one.

The liner is not waterproof. So it can be easily removed and it fades with long hours as well. It stays on my eye lids for around 3-4 hours and then fades slowly. In terms of its price, when the liner is compared to other liners in the market, I would say it is justifiable. Overall it is an average blue eyeliner.

Final Note:

All in all, I had a good experience with this product. The eyeliner has its pros and cons but we cannot overrule this unique eyeliner. Moreover the ingredients list makes me content. Coloressence is a brand I can really trust. With such an inexpensive price tag, this product is worth trying.
