I usually try almost all the variants of face masks from reputed brands. I feel it is very important to use face masks every now and then to remove the impurities from the skin. It makes the face look clean and feel fresh. When it comes to fruity and floral face masks, the experience becomes even more enriching with their mesmerizing aroma. It gives a spa kind of feel for the 15 minutes we have the pack on our face. Who doesn't want to experience a quick facial spa? With the same intent, I tried to rejuvenate my skin with Crystal Masque from my favorite Montagne Jeunesse brand. Do you think I succeeded? Read ahead!

Directions For Use:
Thoroughly cleanse face. Place sachet in hand hot water for 1 minute. Apply evenly over face and neck with fingertips, avoiding eyes and lips. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, lay back, relax and then rinse with water. Pat dry to aid moisturising as this Crystal Masque does not dry. Use weekly or fortnightly.
My Experience With Montagne Jeunesse Crystal Masque:
I always expect the best from Montagne Jeunesse face masks. Some of them have turned out to be great while some were average. But noteworthy point is that, none of them were bad. This crystal mask comes in the regular sachet packaging like any other mask from this brand. I find these masks really handy but then care is to be taken while storing them once they are opened. This sachet contains enough quantity to last for at least 2 uses. The mask is supposed to be placed it hot water for 1 minute before usage. This will help the crystals to dissolve. Once done, I applied it evenly on my face. The mask is in light red shade with a runny consistency. It contains many small crystals which is nothing but crystallized honey.
The application was easy but the tough part was the drying time. The pack claims to leave it on for 10-15 minutes but even after 20 minutes, the pack doesn't dry. I had to give up and rinse it with water. Rinsing it is not any difficult task as the mask comes off easily. The sad part was there was no considerable change post washing. I was disappointed and taken aback. I think all this mask does is a basic cleanup which any other face wash would do. There is nothing special about this mask and I would not want to try this again. This mask gets a thumbs down from me.

Final Note:
I don't think there is anything special about this face mask that would make me buy it again. It is not worth trying as all it does is work like a face wash. I would say a big no to it!
