Love is in the air everywhere and all we can see is vibrant colors, hearts, chocolates and roses. I am sure everyone had a romantic day out with their respective partners on Valentine's day. Whatever be the occasion, we cannot miss visiting Diva Likes and reading the wonderful posts. When we talk about special days, pampering ourselves is really important. One should start taking care of their skin and hair at least a week before any special day. Though I don't have major skin problems except acne, who does not want to have perfect pimple free flawless skin? So when I had shopped for Patanjali haul, I got myself Patanjali Neem Aloe Vera Face Wash. Neem, from ancient times, is known for its anti-bacterial properties and Aloe Vera is known as the magical plant with anti-aging benefits. I picked up this face wash when I was looking for another variant which was out of stock. So I got this as a replacement for that.
About Patanjali Neem Aloe Vera Face Wash:
Soap free facial cleanser containing natural ingredients removes acne, pimple and skin impurities. Infused with neem, a natural healer with anti bacterial properties and Aloe Vera possesses skin softening, nourishment and moisturisation.
Price:
45 INR for 60 g
Shelf Life:
18 months
Ingredients List:
Azadirachta indica, Aloe Vera, aqua, gel base, sugandhit drawya, methyl paraben, propyl paraben, permitted color- QS.
Directions For Use:
Apply on wet face, massage gently for 1 minute with water and then wash. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water immediately.
My Experience With Patanjali Neem Aloe Vera Face Wash:
The face wash comes in a regular tube form in white color with some neem and aloe vera prints. The tube has a flip cap which is quite tight, thus making the tube travel-friendly. There is no question of any leakage from the tube while travelling. Honestly, I am not so much concerned about how a product looks until and unless it works for me. I have the same views regarding the packaging of this face wash. The face wash is translucent with a greenish tinge to it. It has a very faint herbal fragrance which is pleasant and does not bother me. The texture of the face wash is exactly like freshly extracted aloe vera pulp. When I take it out, I feel as if I have extracted aloe vera pulp from the plant. This shows that this contains real aloe vera pulp. The texture is very thick and jelly-like. Only a pea-sized amount is needed for proper cleansing. Even though it does not foam, it lathers very well.
Once washed, it removes all the dirt and grime from the face making it look clear and bright. It dries the skin a bit, but that can be solved by using a moisturizer post cleansing. This face wash has dried all my acne in just one week of routine. I had almost 4-5 pimples on my left cheek and they have dried completely. Even the marks have started fading and have almost faded 50%. I have not experienced any new breakout since the day I have started using this face wash. I am completely in love with this face wash and surprised to find such an effective product at such low price. It has done to my skin what seemed to be impossible just a week ago.
Pros Of Patanjali Neem Aloe Vera Face Wash:
Cons Of Patanjali Neem Aloe Vera Face Wash:
Diva Likes Rating:
4.5/5
Final Note:
This face wash has worked magically for me by drying my acne and preventing them from coming again. It has cleared my skin in just a week and even the marks have started fading. Though it dries out the skin a bit, I am not complaining because this face wash has benefitted me a lot in getting acne-free skin. I am more than happy with the performance of this face wash because 45 INR worth product has done exceptionally well compared to the costly products which failed to perform.
