Today we are up with an eye tutorial – Stark Navy Blue Eye Makeup Tutorial. Blue is one of my favorite colors when it comes to eye makeup. There's no other color I can think of for a night out when I need to let my eyes do the talking. Whatever stark eye makeup we come across, it is either smokey or dramatic. Therefore, this time I tried to make an exception to have a tutorial with bold eyes without smoking it out. Therefore, the eyes stand out with a bold look. This look is easier to carry off when you don't want to go dramatic and keep a cool balance between the eyes and lips.

Step By Step Procedure:
Moisturize you eyes properly so that the eye makeup doesn't cause dryness. Moreover, it is easier to blend eye makeup if you have hydrated skin.
Apply the concealer to hide the dark circles and prepare the base for the eyeshadow.
Apply a primer to the lid and do not cross the socket area. I have used a blue primer from the Sleek Palette. The primer helps in holding the eyeshadow well for longer duration.
With the help of a flat eyeshadow brush, pat a deep navy blue eyeshadow on top of the primer to set it. Do not drag or smudge it, simply pat with the brush. I have used a deep navy blue color from the Sleek Bad Girl palette with Vega Eyeshadow brush.
Take a blending brush and slowly start blending the color towards the crease with an oval motion. Make sure not to diminish the intensity of the blue color near the upper lids. Blend until there are no hard lines visible.
Take a soft brown/peach color to merge the color with the skin above the crease so that the color is completely merged with your skin color.
Take any illuminating highlighter and draw an arch along your brow line. I have used the Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch Concealer.
Take a fresh and clean brush and slowly blend the color to get a frosty beige highlighter without getting messy blending.
Apply Kohl on your waterline and the upper line to define the eyes. I have used Maybelline Colossal in black. You can also use any white kohl to make the small eyes look bigger.
Curl your lashes and apply at least 3 coats of mascara to achieve fuller and lengthy lashes. You can also opt for falsies as well.
Fill your brows and tame the flyaway properly. Brush off the extras around the eyes with a fluffy brush.
And here is the final look of the Stark Navy Blue Eyes!
You can pair up the look with a soft pink/peach/coral lip color with a light colored natural blush. If you are cool-toned, you can even opt for a plum lip color to finish off the look.
