Scorching heat, profuse sweating, oily skin, and acne explains pretty much everything, isn't it? Yes, this is the problem of most woman today. The greatest worry of summer is the oil control and acne issues. Hence, we are always hunting for a suitable face wash to save the day. Weeks back, I was sent a face wash from Aroma Magic by Diva Likes for oily and acne prone skin. Being a chemical free product, it is a pleasurable experience to try as it exactly serves the purpose of the season. So, let's see how the product fared with me.
About Aroma Magic Neem & Tea Tree Face Wash:
I am 100% free of paraben, soap, alcohol, artificial coloring & fragrance. I cure acne with my neem and rose extracts. I also help prevent blackheads, soothe skin irritations & bacterial eruptions with my blend of tea tree & lavender essential oils. The vitamins in me lighten scars, blemishes & improve skin tone.
Price:
60 INR for 50 ml
Shelf Life:
36 months
Ingredients List:
Directions For Use:
Apply to moist face & neck. Massage & rinse off properly.
My Experience With Aroma Magic Neem & Tea Tree Face Wash:
The face wash comes in a green colored translucent tube with a flip-flop cap that shuts with a click. The cap, though shuts properly, looks slightly delicate. So you need to be careful and close it properly. There is no leakage problem and hence it is quite safe for traveling. The neem and tea tree face wash is in the form of gel which is faint green in color although the face wash is free of colorant. Therefore, it can be assumed that the green color is due to the extracts of neem. The smell can be a little unpleasant – a mixture of neem and aroma oils but thankfully the odor doesn't linger post-washing. As the product is in gel form, it requires a little more than usual to give an adequate lather. It also needs time to massage and thoroughly clean the skin. Though the oil and grime are effectively removed, the makeup removing part is a little tricky.
Lately, I have been facing a lot of pimple issues and acne marks on my skin and this face wash is quite effective in preventing the acne to spread. However, I didn't notice any remarkable change in the dark spots or existing acne. The face wash effectively controls the oil on the skin without making the skin flaky and keeps it oil free for a good 2-3 hours in this humid weather. Post washing, it gives a slight glow, but that doesn't last. The product is perfect for oily to normal skin people. Coming to the price, it is worth the buy and can be used as a daily face wash.
Pros Of Aroma Magic Neem & Tea Tree Face Wash:
Cons Of Aroma Magic Neem & Tea Tree Face Wash:
Diva Likes Rating:
3.5/5
Final Note:
Aroma Magic face washes are pretty decent for regular use. This product is not going to work miraculously on your skin because it is a chemical free product and takes good own time to show results. On the brighter side, your skin is chemical free from further damages. So, unless you're not facing dire problems with your skin, you can definitely give this one a try.
