Winter will be at our doorsteps in few months. I am so happy that the hot days are going to end soon. Also, I am pleased to have received Nature's Essence Almonds & Honey All Purpose Cream in my haul. Diva Likes hauls are always a combination of products which you may not use immediately but will come handy in near future for sure. I love the fact that all the hauls are planned very thoughtfully by the Diva Likes team. Coming to today's post, Nature's Essence products have remained average for me. Some of them were really good and surprising whereas some fared badly. Without any delay, let's head straightaway to the review.
About Nature's Essence Almonds & Honey All Purpose Cream:
Contains ample doses of Almond oil & Honey with antioxidant to nourish & improve complexion, protects from dryness, delay aging factors, provide smooth & soft textured skin.
Price:
55 INR for 80 g
Shelf Life:
36 months
Ingredients List:
Actiwhite, aloe vera juice, neem extract, honey, almond oil & wheat germ oil.
Directions For Use:
Gently massage the unique cream in a circular motion on face & body till it is completely absorbed. Use daily after bath & at night on face & body for wonderful soft & smooth skin.
My Experience With Nature's Essence Almonds & Honey All Purpose Cream:
Nature's Essence Almonds & Honey All Purpose Cream comes in a golden tub with a screw open lid. It has a silver foil covering the cream underneath the lid. I don't understand why the brands think of tub packaging for creams. They should take our opinions before deciding the packaging and know that most of us don't prefer tub packaging because they are unhygienic and messy as well.
The cream is completely white in color. The fragrance is strongly perfumed and lasts for an hour or so. It has a very thick consistency almost like body butter. Since it is a very thick cream, I would normally not prefer using it during summers. My feet are very dry and I even use it as a foot cream at night. It moisturizes pretty well and keeps the skin soft and supple till morning. It needs a good massage to get completely absorbed in the skin. You really need to massage it well otherwise it's going to stay on the surface like a greasy film.
I have oily acne prone skin and once I tried it on my face just to see how it works and this cream makes it really oily. It made my face so greasy and sweaty that I had to wash my face. So it is a complete no for oily skin at least during summers. I feel it might be suitable for an extreme dry face. I wish it had SPF so that it would have been a good option to be used on hands and feet at least as a sun protectant.
Pros Of Nature's Essence Almonds & Honey All Purpose Cream:
Cons Of Nature's Essence Almonds & Honey All Purpose Cream:
Diva Likes Rating:
2.5/5
Final Note:
Wrapping up with my review, Nature's Essence Almonds & Honey All Purpose Cream is an average pick. I would not purchase it again because I cannot use it on my face as it makes it oily. As a body lotion, I think there are many other good options available in the market.
