This year surprisingly winter doesn't seem cold at all, at least in Kolkata and I am still roaming around in my cotton vests. My new obsession for winter involves around rose gold earrings and blue eye makeup. From eye shadow to liner to kajal – I have been stocking up everything blue! For a recent party, I tried out this smoky winged eye makeup and thankfully I have enough 'blues' to do it. It turned out so well and coordinated with my peach blush and lipstick that I instantly thought I would do a tutorial at Diva Likes. It is extremely easy and takes very less time as well. Read on to know more about it.

Step By Step Procedure:
Prep and prime your eyes properly with a concealer. As we are going to do a smoky eye makeup, it is important to keep all the blemishes away as much possible. Also, finish the lining of brows and set them with a brow gel.
Apply a tape in a slanted way, from the lower lash line to the tip of the brow arch, to get the perfect wing. After that, take a blue eye shadow and apply in the outer corner and blend it very smoothly all over the lid.
Take a deep navy blue eye kohl or liner and draw a thick arch on the upper eyelid and take it slow towards to the lower lash line. Now, once you have applied the eyeliner, take off the tape.
Take a pencil smudger brush and blend the eyeliner towards the lids. Do not spread the color all over but concentrate on the lining to create a smoky diffused look. Take a black kajal and tight line the upper and lower water line, to intensify the look.
Curl the lashes and apply mascara to the lashes.
And here is the final look.
