Beauty experts say that oily skinned people should not use scrubs often. Also, usage of harsh scrubs should be avoided because it leads to excess oil production on the skin or destroys the natural layer of the skin. However, I always end up using scrubs twice a week as I feel my skin rejuvenated and smoother after scrubbing than usual. I prefer the creamy scrub with moderately coarse particles for the face. My go-to brands are Himalaya Herbals and Everyuth. This time, I got to try the Nature's Essence Caressence Apricot & Peach Exfoliating & Polishing Scrub which I received in the Diva Likes haul. Read on to know how the scrub worked for my skin.

My Experience With Nature's Essence Caressence Apricot & Peach Exfoliating & Polishing Scrub:
The scrub comes in a white plush tube with an orange flip open cap. The tube is lightweight and easy enough to fit in anywhere. The cap is totally mess free which is great because no one likes a scrub that leaks from the tube. Overall, I love the basic packaging which is perfect for traveling. The consistency of the scrub is that of an off white cream and marginally thick. There are minute coarse particles, peach in color, which can be easily seen and help in exfoliation. The product has a nice creamy-peachy smell which is heavenly. I would not call the fragrance faint but it isn't overpowering to affect the nose as well.
I have been using the scrub off late when it got a little chilly, mostly because the scrub has a creamy texture. Creamy texture really helps the skin hydrate and also exfoliates the skin well. The main function of the product is exfoliation, which it does pretty well. It is not a very mild scrub but not very coarse. This type of texture is very hard to come by and I feel this works great for my oily skin. Very dry skin in cool winter might prefer a bit coarser scrub. My skin is acne prone but even after around 10 days of usage, I never faced any breakouts. The claims of unclogging pores and deep cleansing are to some extent true. This is because it made my skin quite smooth and clean and it felt much softer to touch. However, the polishing claim isn't very true because I didn't see any polished touch – the skin was cleansed as usual like before. I can't comment much about blackheads because I do not face that issue. The product has the goodness of apricot oil and aloe vera juice which helps to moisturize a lot. The effect of the scrub stays for 2-3 days and after that, the skin goes back to be normal. If I go by the price, it is budget friendly and good for a daily scrub.
Pros Of Nature's Essence Caressence Apricot & Peach Exfoliating & Polishing Scrub:
Cons Of Nature's Essence Caressence Apricot & Peach Exfoliating & Polishing Scrub:
Diva Likes Rating:
4/5
Final Note:
The scrub is good for daily use and works well for all skin types. It is best suited in winter due to its creamy texture. Therefore, if you are looking for a budget friendly scrub for winter, you can give it a try.
