Hello sweet pies! We all know Nykaa as a one-stop destination for makeup and skin care. Surely the website has an amazing collection of products. They also launched their own nail enamel range and bath products. I bought a couple of shades from their nail polish range and I believe the color palette of the nail polishes are amazing. It has shimmer range, pastel range, nude range, pop colors etc. Nudes and pastels are rarely found in other ranges and I felt the price of Nykaa was also justified. Today I will be reviewing the shade Lychee Delight and here's my thought on the product.

My Experience With Nykaa Pastel Nail Enamel Collection 82 Lychee Delight:

Packaging: It comes in a rectangular shaped thick glass bottle with long matte screw cap. The packaging is decent, lightweight and hence very easy to carry around. I have travelled once with it and it is so sturdy that it also survived two-three falls. Overall, the packaging is really great and simple.
Applicator Brush: The brush reminds me so much of the Colorbar Executive range. The bristles are perfectly trimmed and rightly manufactured which efficiently spreads the product on the nails. It doesn't cause any unevenness or streakiness and bubble formation is totally absent. Therefore, the applicator provided is great.

Shade: The shade is a flat pale medium grey and is stunning! I have been looking for such a color since ages and the moment I saw the swatch, I knew I have to buy it. The color is such a subtle and classy one that goes great for office wear as well as special evening occasions. It would compliment each and every skin tone and looks as elegant as it can be.
Dupes: The dupes of this shade are Sally Hansen Dorien Grey, Essie Master Plan, and OPI Cement The Deal.
Texture: The texture is smooth with medium consistency. It spreads well without streakiness in the appearance. The crème finish gives a suave gel-like finish with a glossy touch. There isn't any shimmer or frostiness as well. The gloss stays for several days without the top coat as well. It has been formulated without the Toluene, DBP, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin and Camphor and is surely a total nail-friendly product. The smoothness of the product makes the quality stand out around other products.

Pigmentation: The pigmentation is good. With just two coats, it gives a nice opaque finish to the nails. Generally, soft and pale colors require several coats but the formula is so nice that two coats do the trick.
Staying Power: The staying power is also worth talking about. It stays for around 5 days on my nails easily without any top coat. Sometimes when I wear it with top coat, it stays for a week or so as well. I am very impressed with the quality and I feel the price is absolutely justified for the nail lacquer.

Final Note:

After Colorbar, if there is any quality nail enamel brand I look forward to, that will be Nykaa. Be it the packaging, texture, pigmentation and staying power – the nail enamel is surely a great one to try. The range has over 40+ colors and the Nudes Collection is worth checking out. Highly recommend for everyone.
