Let's get on with it.

It actually can penetrate into the pores to dissolve dead skin cell build up. It also controls the sebum which is the main cause of acne. It is known that 0.5% - 2% concentrations of salicylic acid are effective at clearing mild to moderate acne effectively without over drying the skin. However, if you are facing irritation, consult the doctor immediately.
Benzoyl Peroxide
Acne is caused due to certain bacteria which thrives in the oxygen-rich environment. However, Benzoyl Peroxide actually removes the oxygen-rich environment and helps prevent clogged pores. As a result, the acne is cured. This chemical should be used depending on the severity of acne, the sensitivity of the skin and must be used in concentrations of 2.5, 5, and 10%. In fact, there are various creams and spot treatment gels available across the counter having Benzoyl Peroxide for treating acne.
Sea Salt
Sea Salt is highly effective in controlling the oiliness of the skin and thus prevents the formation of sebum, causing acne. You can also use Epsom salt as well. It cleanses the skin thoroughly, kills the bacteria and promotes a healthy pH level of the skin. It's pure, natural and richer in minerals than any other ingredient. Use sea salt for light exfoliation or add to your warm bath water. Soak the skin in it and simply pat dry. Slowly you will notice that the acne is getting cured with regular sea salt bath.
