Nail colors are something which is in every woman's vanity. Of course, the majority of the colors would be in the pink/red palette but once in a while stocking up on bold royal colors won't harm, will it? So, in my first haul which is sent by Lavanya, I got pretty royal blue nail paint from Wet n Wild. The shade is "Violet Attack." So let's find out how wildly it attacks.

My Experience With Wet n Wild Megalast Salon Nail Polish Violet Attack:
The nail color comes in a bulky glass bottle having a black roll-me cap. The color and other details are pasted at the back of the bottle and the brand name "Wet n Wild” is prettily embossed on the sides which I have managed to capture through my camera. Talking about the color, it's a pretty royal blue color named as "Violet Attack." To be honest, I already have 3 other blue nail paints in my stash and when I received the same color in my haul, I got little disappointed thinking it to be a waste, but trust me you guys, I was so wrong. This is such a gorgeous, luxury color, though similar to my other blue nail paints yet very different. I reach for it whenever I want a bold color for my nails. So all my other blue paints are a waste now.
Coming to its consistency, it's perfect for nail paint. It's liquid yet not runny. The brush has a lot to rave about. It's a pro minicurve brush as they call it and I am amazed how quickly it coats my entire nail in just one go. The bristles are soft and cover the sides of the nails as well effectively. It spreads on the nails nicely without looking thick or uneven. I don't like nail paints where you have to dip the brush in the pot several times to coat your nails, as it creates an uneven finish. With this one, it's just so easy to dip brush one time, coat your nail and you are done. It saves a hell lot of time. Having said that let me also add that it dries in no time. It just requires 5-10 seconds to dry, so by the time you reach your last finger nail, your other nails are pretty dried up.
The nail color is itself very opaque, so one coat is fine but to get intensity, 2 coats are more than enough. In one coat itself, you will see the glossy shine it provides. I am mesmerized by the glossy finish, which stays the longest time. I have seen nail paints which are shiny when you apply and fade over time. But this is a game changer. Moreover, it stays for 5-6 days, that too, without chipping. Yes! You read it right, getting a nail paint to stay even for two days is a task, and 5-6 days was beyond imagination. I am happy how it has stayed true to its claims. Now I know why it is called "Megalast."

Final Note:
I am already dying over its glossy finish and quick drying formula. Need I say more? I would like to buy all the colors from this range soon. Stock on them before it's too late.
