Hello, everyone! Suddenly everything started becoming very hectic in my life and I have been struggling pretty badly. I purchased lots of budget friendly products but sadly I am not being able to try them out. I was sent the two newly launched variants of Island Kiss Lip Moisturizers and already reviewed the Flamingo Pink and Peonies. The next one is called the Black Rose and Grenade Rouge. You really have to applaud the brand for coming up with such playful names and the products are definitely worth checking out. Read to know my experience with the Lip Moisturiser and Stain.

The magic of a midnight, moonlit stroll by the ocean appears with a romantic whisper of noir roses weaving in and out. Soon, an undercurrent of lush, drunk-like, pomegranates make an erotic impression of intoxicating tropical blooms at night. Pomegranate rouge has a soft, quiet, enchanting scent as if you could smell it as you walk through an old-world herbarium. The crimson note here is sensual, with a bed of black roses not far. The scent seems to draw a graceful path-so like that of an elegant woman, fond of seducing a dark night.

My Experience With Island Kiss Black Rose and Grenade Rouge Lip Moisturiser Stain:
The packaging is something which is surely going to turn some heads. The Lip Moisturiser and Stain comes in a tube which is wrapped well in a cardboard box. The cardboard box is quite fancy to look at with every detailed information about the packaging. The lip moisturizer comes in a small tube with a slanted tip to apply the color directly on the lips. The packaging is efficient and hygienic. At the same time, it looks very sassy and cool.
The shade Black Rose and Grenade Rouge is reddish orange in color. When I first swatched it on my hand, I looked like a pretty bright orangish-red stain but translates as orange on the lips. If you compare the Puerto Berry Blush with this color, you see that Puerto Berry Blush is more of a pinky cherry color. The color is slightly bright to be called a natural lip stain and great for subtle occasions. Also, if you think orange color won't suit you, this is surely a safe orange to go with. The color screams of the spring season and I see myself reaching out to this very soon.
The texture is new and improved. The consistency is that of a thick lip balm and it turns glossy the moment you slather on the lips. It instantly hydrates and soothes the lips and a little amount goes a long way. The texture is hydrating due to the presence of tropical mango and avocado butter, organic beeswax, stevia, organic carrot seed oil, pure castor oil, rich vitamin E oil, organic macadamia nut oil, citrus oil, raspberry seed essential oil, natural organic color. Every ingredient helps in nourishing and moisturizing the lips and keeps the dryness at bay. Thus, the product adds a tint and hydrates at the same time.
The formula is good. It is completely free of petroleum, sulphates and non-toxic and is organic in nature. This is why the lips stay moisturized for a long time. The product does have the tendency to bleed if you apply in excess. It also has SPF 15 which helps to protect from UV rays and doesn't harm the lips. There is a faint tangy-sweet smell which is enthralling.
The product stays on my lips for 3 hours and fades off leaving behind a gorgeous orangish tint. The tint stays for long but it depends a lot on food and fluid intake. The staying power is good but I believe it could have been better.
