Let's talk about this nail paint in my collection which is again sent by Lavanya in my Diva Likes haul. This shade is something which I never had. No matter how many nail paints I pick up, I usually never buy blacks, greys etc. After all, pinks and reds rule the nail paint collection. So I thank Lavanya for making me try such different nail colors. Now without further ado, let's jump into the review.

My Experience With Makeup Revolution Nail Polish Maybe Tonight:

The nail paint comes in a cute glass bottle with a black cap. The shade name is mentioned at the back of the bottle. The color I have got is unique dark grey having the reflex of gold shimmers. The shimmers are not too bold but you can quite clearly see the gold touch to the dark grey shade. It is a stunning shade which looks quite black post-application. This particular shade might not be the cup of tea for all women but this doesn't look gothic or weird even if you wear during day time. Although, this shade will stand out very well during night time parties.

Coming to its consistency, I think it has the best consistency. It is not at all runny or watery. Even if you take out an extra amount of nail color and apply it on nails, it doesn't spread everywhere. I am really impressed with its formula; it has the perfect balance of being runny as well as sticking perfectly on nails without accumulation around the edges. It applies evenly and doesn't go streaky. Though, you need at least two coats to make it opaque completely. Another awesome point of this is that it dries pretty fast.
The brush applicator is a decent sized one, but the bristles impressed me the most. It has got a little stiff brush which helps in coating nails perfectly. I think the stiffness controls the runny nature of the varnish.
Now talking about its longevity, it is not the long lasting one, but it performs fairly well. It stays for 2-3 days on me and then it starts to chip. Also, it doesn't take long to remove the nail paint. But it does stain the nails.

Final Note:

It's a stunning nail color. Someone who is into dark bold shades will definitely love it. The formula, consistency is all perfect for the nail paint. Though it is not something one will wear on a regular basis, I think it is a must have shade for the night parties.
