I had no idea that Maybelline New York Color Show has launched the Matte colors in India. My love for Color Show nail paints is endless and I believe they are one of the best budget friendly nail colors one can go for. For now, they have only launched six nail colors, namely - Lively Rose, Peppy Pink, Fiery Fuschia, Cheerful Coral, Brilliant Red and Blazing Orange. Today I am going to review the shade "Blazing Orange" which I have received in my Diva Likes haul. Read on to know more about the product in detail.

My Experience With Maybelline New York Color Show Bright Matte Nail Polish Blazing Orange:

Packaging and Applicator: The Bright Matte Nail Polish from the house of Maybelline New York has a very similar packaging with that of the Color Show ones. It has the petite frosted glass cylindrical body and looks great. The frosted glass body represents the matte nail polish and you can easily see the color. The opaque black cap has the applicator attached to it. The applicator brush is perfect for applying and distributes the product well on the nails. The bristles are perfect and overall the packaging is perfectly efficient.

Shade: The shade name is perfect as 'Blazing Orange' is bold and bright reddish orange. The matte finish gives a very classy touch to the color. It can be a beautiful bridal nail color and also a very playful summer color if orange-red is your thing. The color is extremely versatile and would suit every skin tone beautifully.
Pigmentation: The pigmentation is wonderful as single coat gives you 90% of the color pay off. I do go for a double coating to elongate the color pay off and to give a cleaner and neat look.
Texture and Formula: The consistency of the nail polish is slightly thicker than usual and thus the pigmentation is good. It spreads well on the nail without streaking or giving an uneven look. The formula is good and for matte nail paint, the quality is really good. The finish is more of a velvet matte finish and overall, the texture and formula are extremely good for a budget friendly nail color.

Staying Power: The staying power is around 3-4 days without chipping. Also, a lot depends on the chores you are doing. You can also increase the staying power with another matte top coat as well. The price point is something I expect from Maybelline and it never disappoints. It is one of the best budget friendly matte nail polish and is perfect for college goers.
