If you are a regular follower of my blog, you know by now that cooking is the last thing I enjoy doing. But it is also something of utmost importance to serve me and my family a nutritious meal. So I end up doing it by giving myself a push. Eating home-cooked meals can get boring at times and it is great to have some other alternatives at reach. Also, there are days when I am totally drained with work and that is when option for meals at home can be of great help as it needs just a few minutes of my time. So when I was introduced to the all-new Tai Pei single serve line of Asian inspired frozen entrees, made with real, quality ingredients, I was delighted.
Tai Pei offers so many choices and interesting delicious dishes which can be cooked in few minutes at home or wherever you can find the closest microwave. It's as simple as that! Tai Pei has come up with new packaging in 2017 where they made each of their single-serve entrees even better with all new recipes including clean ingredients, new savory sauces, and flavor-infused rice. All of these are free from preservatives, artificial flavors, and colors. There is a wide range of choices we can choose from and all are available at a great value.
When I wanted to purchase Tai Pei products, I used the store locator to find the list of available stores. There were nearly 10 stores near my place which made it quite accessible. I could get hold of them in the frozen food section of Safeway store. Being a chicken lover, I got myself some delicious chicken entrees - Sweet & Sour Chicken, Orange Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, and Chicken Chow Mein.
Having tried these entrees, I can say that I loved the cooking process of Tai Pei entrees. These are super easy to make, all you need is a microwave and you have to follow the below instructions.
Remove tamper band from the package.
Microwave on high, with the lid on, for 4 1/2 minutes.
Let stand 2 minutes to complete cooking.
Carefully remove the lid.
Settling may occur. Stir well before eating. Enjoy!
The entrees are super tasty and delicious. The cherry on the cake is that they are made with real, pure ingredients, and no preservatives or artificial ingredients. Though they are frozen meals, they have great freshness and flavor.
Now that I have Tai Pei at home, the days I feel tired or lazy to make dinner, hubby and I grab these entrees and are set for dinner. Not just entrees, Tai Pei also offers appetizers.
